There's probably a few really small ones that it doesn't work with, but the majority, yes. Pidgin's home page says it supportsAnd according to Miranda's homepage, it supports AIM, Jabber, ICQ, IRC, MSN, Yahoo, Gadu-Gadu and a bunch of others. If someone you were talking to used some weird IM program not supported by one of those you could always add that one seperately.
