Anyone know of any good band names I could use for a punk/rock band?

Would it be copyright infringment or something like that If we used the name of smaller bands (for instance, we wanna use the band name "infinity" but it's in use of a band that plays in the L.A. area, so would it be okay if we called ourselves "infinity" or would that still be like, stealing it or something?)
