i had the RAM at 4-4-3 for a while and it was stable but p35 and 965 boards tend to be slower with it at tRP 3, same goes for CAS and tRCD. It's a flaw I'm willing to live with though. Good kits overall, they do DDR2-800 3-3-3 at relatively low volts. and do 1200 5-5-5 at only 2.2V
