LOL... this is random! mind explaining WHY you need to know this? I'd assume they'd have a stone foundation, then go up to maybe brick or wood with maybe plaster on the outside. The roof would probably be a lattice of wood, with tar and straw thatch... although they may have had more advanced forms of roofing back then.
and of course, a creaky wooden sign with an adjective-noun or verb-noun combination- like "The Dancing Darknut" or "The Galloping Goron", "The Silly Sheikah", "The Sly Slime"
or "The Whistling Walrus"
