I'm not particularly fond of any of the candidates but it has nothing to do with gender or race. I wouldn't be more inclined to vote for Hilary if she was a man and I wouldn't be more inclined to vote for Obama if he was white. McCain is a white male and I'm not fond of him either.
It comes down to how competent you consider them to be as a leader, and whether they will bring positive or negative changes.
