Reviewing the scene that lay before his feet, the mage could not help but feel slightly angry that he did not have the chance to vent his frustration. Alas, when the victim fell to the ground, he could not suppress his urge to make sure the man did not get hurt in the brawl. Stepping over the unconscious bodies of the hooligans, he took extra care to step on them.

Bending over the blue-haired warrior, the mage could tell he could use magic as well, although a completely different kind from his own. Still, if the man hated the self-righteous mages as much as he did, then he would be okay in the rainbow-clad mage’s books. “I guess I can’t just leave you here, can I?” Arin spoke to the unconscious man.

Grabbing the strange mage under his arms, the man pulled him away from the scene and over to a nearby hotel he happened to have a room in. Ignoring all the funny looks as usual, Arin dragged him into the lobby and up the stairs to his room on the fifth floor. “Jeez!” The mage exclaimed. “You really need to eat less!” Grunting with effort, he finally coaxed the unconscious man up the last flight of stairs and into his room.

Throwing him onto his bed, the mage settled down on a couch near the door. Panting from the effort, Arin made a mental note to never eat at the restaurant again. Hungry and exhausted from dragging the man, the mage figured that if he didn’t wake up by the time he finished resting, he would drag him to the hospital. However, as soon as those thoughts faded from his mind, so too did his vision as he fell asleep.
