To create something of that visual effect,
takes years of experience with tons of animators behind it.
Not to mention rendering alone can take days.
The best probable take on this, is great experience with Maya or 3DMax,
And to do it alone would take years, even for just a trailer.
With that alone, you simply can't make this and expect money for this.
It's illegal to sell of copyright material, and no one will give you the rights. Rights cost money, and besides that, they're not going to give away rights to some one who's not experienced in this field. Nor will anyone give you the rights unless they feel it'll be successful, and for it to be remotely successful, producers back these sort of things, from various sources. - This only applies if you intend to make money, or any commercial gain out of it, other than for fun and for experience.
With that out of the way, you're going to have a long and laborious task ahead of you, and not something that would be a 'whim' of such, if you are still determined to make this.
Show me some of your other work, if you can, and maybe you'll be able to shed some light on this.
