I find the show pretty funny albeit a little dry at times (well, for my taste). I often compare Mad TV to Saturday Night Live. SNL has more in-depth humor. Mad TV tends to use toilet humor. Mad TV, howsoever, has memorable characters (e.g. Mrs. Swan).

I haven't watched either in a while though.
