Prince, keep timeline battles out of here. Everyone has their own ideas of how the timeline goes. Even the creators of the game seem confused about it.

Anyway, Rhalen, how about the Gerudos (Ganondorf) would be helping the Zoras in their own little civil war? Eventually, a war breaks out with King Ganondorf on one end, and Zelda and Link (and anyone else on the Hyrule Kingdom side) on the the other. Ganondorf will have Gerudos and some Zoras, while Hyrule has Hylians, Gorons, and other Zoras.

Now just figuring out what brings everyone into a war...
