There are sites that have free simple backgrounds that are just a nice shade of blue, or green, or any color that fits the comic. Don't make the background too bold, or it makes the people hard to see.

But...You can read my speech bubbles so i dont see why there's a problem?You can read them perfectly unless there's a problem with your brain or something(No offense but all the comics i've read the bubbles are pretty much aligned like that)
