A nice first character, and I'll approve him prior to your minor edits.

The green-clothed boy in the bio shouldn't be Link, for it's against BA rules to tie in your character with already established characters--such as Link--in the land of Hyrule. He can be situated there, as long as he doesn't get majorly affected by Link.

You state in the personality section that all that don't escape "invariably die at his blade". This won't happen, for there will be characters stronger than him, and even the characters weaker than him will only be able to die with consent of the BAer. You can keep that line there, but I'd like you to be sure of this.

Nevertheless, approved--as long as we're clear on those things. ^^;
