That is true, but that is not what I care about in this assignment.
The only emphasis is the Netherlands. When did they decide to start celebrating it, who decided to start celebrating, and etc. in that country,
only.
So, are you saying they starting celebrating it at the same time as everyone else, or are you saying the beginning is the same?
