Scrubs, because it has been specifically mentioned, will resume April 10th, last I heard. They have four episodes already from before the strike that were never shown. Now, the tricky bit is the series finale. I'm not sure if NBC has ordered the final four episodes to finish up the season, but Bill Lawrence has said multiple times that he's going to get a finale out there. If NBC decides to pass he'll try for ABC, who might finance and air the final four episodes, or put them on DVD.

I believe he sold the half-acre when he moved into his own place, though I can't recall any specific mention of it. As for the kid:

His child was born, and Kim moved not too far away and he visits baby Sam every chance he gets. He and Kim aren't together as a couple, though.

The season was only plotted to be 18 or 19 episodes, just to wrap up the series. I highly doubt they will ever do anything like jump time ahead, other than in fantasies. Doesn't seem like Bill Lawrence's style.
