It's both. He posted this in the theory section. When we told him he had no evidence to back it up, he mixed in some stuff from some of the other theories about Ikana valley and posted it as a fan fic.
You really need to work on spelling and grammar. It's hard just to read it, because it's all jumbled together. It's not really fun to read because it's so short and hardly tells anything at all.
