Again, I'm making note of the fact that I think Link is at least part Kokiri (it doesn't even have to be half, maybe even an eighth which would make a bit more sense than half, actually.) It's probably more sacred to Kokiri than Goron Bracelet or Silver Scale since those people are willing to part their named items with people oustide their race. It's the Kokiri Sword, a sword for the Kokiri. That's what I think. Kokiri were also stronger in the past, or had ancestors who were stronger.
