Pretty decent so far. I think it's amusing that the nightmares Link has are about Navi xD
Just remember that the Deku Tree mentions Link's nightmare in the game, so I'll be expecting a good Navi-related joke
It was a tad confusing/hard to follow at first though because it kept switching back and forth between real world and dream and real navi and dream navis.
Didn't really like the Doctor character, but I doubt he's a main character so it won't make much difference on the rest of the story.
Also, Link isn't supposed to know about Ganondorf or any of that stuff yet. It's fine if you make him know about it, just make it funny. Like you can throw in jokes about how he knows stuff he shouldn't know yet [maybe because he has played Ocarina of Time before

Anyway, keep it up. This could be good
