OoC: Your wish is my command.
BiC: It was mid-dawn on a hot summer day when the young ice warrior, Ceto, trotted along a dusty path through an open field. He recently awoke from a night's sleep, with a few hours of practice floating in his mind. As the ice warrior's large hooves beat through the dirt and kicked up dust, Ceto eyed his surroundings carefully in search for a good practice spot to train with his prime weapon, an ice staff by the name of Blizzaron. However, he wasn't finding any luck, as the field was bare as far as the eye could see. Not a tree, bush, or rock was in sight and the grass around Ceto was browning, giving a hint that the plain had not had any rain in quite sometime.
The heat intesified by the time the sun had completely risen into the sky. Ceto could feel it beating down on his fur and skin, but carried on nonetheless. Now, however, he was not only looking for a place to train, but a watering hole or something of the sort as well due to a developing thirst. Still, as Ceto carried on, nothing came into view, not even a mere rock. By now, Ceto was galloping, desperate to find water and a target for practice. Due to Ceto being quite fast on his hooves, the empty land passed by quickly, and pretty soon, something did come into view.
Ceto couldn't tell what it was at first, but as he gradually drew closer to the object, he noticed that it was a tree, a lone tree in the middle of the plain with a pond right beside it. The ice warrior made a quick halt right in front of the tree, and thought it perfect for training. He filled himself up on the flowing water in the pond on as much of it as he could and drew Blizzaron from its strap sheath upon his back. Ceto faced the tree with a forming smile on his face. He twirled the staff in his hands and struck two mighty blows across the middle of the trunk. The tree shook a little in the process, however, Ceto was unable to notice. He continued striking the tree and then decided to give Blizzaron's ice magic a good practice for a little while.
After Ceto chose which move to practice with, he then caused one of Blizzaron's navy blue orbs to glow with the magic of ice and fired an Ice Beam directly at the tree. About half the trunk became frozen as a result and the tree shook even more. Suddenly, something emitted a high pitched plea that startled Ceto in his tracks and noticed that something fall from the tree.
"What the...?!" he exclaimed, jumping backwards a little. On the ground in front of him was none other than a fairy, a creature Ceto had once heard about from his mother. He simply stood there and didn't make a move as the fairy stirred and immediately forgot about the frozen tree beside him.
