aye, that is true you have learnt some. But if one really wants to speak a language fluently then one should go to the country. If you have a good teacher then sure you dont need a book or cd. but you cannot learn by memorizing a bunch of words off the internet - you have to speak it- as I assume you have done in class? However to become really good one should go to the country.
For example, my French is good. It was good enough to get top marks in all the exams I did. But I could not talk with french people happily - as my French was not good enough until I spent a month in France staying with my French friend.
