Re: Perfect War, Perfect Deception (OPEN [Rules inside])

Monroe looked blankly at the envelope that he had been given. The messenger had vanished without a trace, leaving the bounty hunter stumped as to what to do. The dark clad man ran his hands over his vest, feeling where his new photon daggers, which he had created in his spare time, were. The daggers' handles were in the shape of a box cutter, and worked similar in how they were activated. Just press up a small switch and the eight inch blade emerged from the four inch handle. It was simple.

Now then, the former assassin opened the package and let the small device fall into his hand. The strange, very futuristic device had several worthwhile things: A challenge, a prize, and possibly, a challenge. Monroe skimmed through his newest mission, and most lucrative as well, and tossed the thing away. Suddenly, it recurred to Monroe that he might need that little device, for at least the sake of a map. Monroe chuckled as he slid the device in his pocket. Perhaps this would be fun?

Preparations were easier then expected. The dark clad man already had most of what he needed on himself. The dark warrior stepped out into the midday sun and began his walk. He had a lot of planning and thinking to do. This wouldn't be an easy thing to get done, mostly if the others he was dealing with were skilled warriors. Well, if he did meet any, they'd be a great chance to test out some of his weapons, mostly his latest ones.

Monroe listened idly to the music blasting on his Ipod as he watched the guards. He didn't really care about the information that the thing had given him, preferring to make a grand entrance, rather then go about a silent, stealthy entrance. However, for now, the dark clad man sat in the shadows of the building and its surrounding yard. So many ways to enter, and so few ways to get caught.

What the hell? Why not bust in?! It'd be the fastest way anyway. After all, it wasn't like normal police or guards could stop the enhanced human too easily. Luckily, logic moved into place and the dark clad man let sense take over. Rushing in there would give away his position to the others, who could be more stealthy and kill him from behind. He'd have to be careful in his movements, but that doesn't mean he couldn't kill a few people, did it?

The guard moved over to the security box and began to set the alarm. It would be easy to disable it if Monroe knew how the thing worked, but given the former assassin had no idea how to deal with the device, he wasn't about to try. He'd get the man to turn it off, then kill him. Simple enough plan.

Monroe became a blur of black as he moved down from where he was standing and appeared behind the guard, grabbing the guard by the neck and pointing the whirring blade of his photon dagger at the man's face. "You've got one choice: Turn off that security system. If you do, well, you'll live," the former assassin stated blankly. The nervous man quickly got to work, turning off the security system. Quickly, the bounty hunter let the man go, to which he quickly began to flee. "Except, I lied," the mercenary joked as he turned quickly and threw the photon dagger, embedding it in the man's head.

Vossler approached the man, pulling the dagger out of the guard's head and turning the blade off, sliding the hilt back onto his vest. Monroe headed over towards the entrance he had found and opened the door silently with the guard's confiscated keys. "Time to start the search," he told himself as he looked at the map. This might be tricky.
