That's what I thought.

I saw a few tail shots and quick little bits of barely anything. There were few great shots of the monster. Maybe I did fall asleep.

Which was an excellent decision.
Monsters are much more frightening if you don't get a good look at them. Would
The Blair Witch Project have been anywhere near as scary if you saw the witch? I doubt it.
In fact, the whole "The less you see, the scarier it is" idea has been known for a long time, yet most directors seem to ignore it. If I'm reading the comments right, this is because people hate not seeing the monster. Which is odd, since I thought people went to these sorts of movies to be scared.

Oh, and I forgot to add, wouldn't the helicopter blow up in flames when it crashed? I mean, it was pretty high up in the air and it tail spun quite fast to the ground.
I guess I had more to say than I thought.

Why would it blow up? You've fallen victim to Hollywood syndrome, where you expect everything larger than a breadbox that gets more than lightly tapped blows up in a spectacular fashion. This is not how reality works.
