Those "predictions" either involve the life of Jesus (which was recorded by people who had a vested interest in altering his life's story to match them), are incredibly vague, are common sense, are standard hyperbole, or any combination of the previous.

Keep in mind that the source cited to show how these prophecies came true tends to be the Bible...which doesn't exactly count as an unbiased source.
