There's a time an a place for everything; pushing political agendas outside of funerals and causing further stress to emotionally vulnerable people is not acceptable.
If these people tried this in Scotland they'd be moved on by the police.
Freedom of speech does *not* give you the right to run your mouth however you see fit. Does the playground bully have the right to systematically abuse and tear other children down? That's essentially what the Phelps clan are, and that's how they should be dealt with.
Spewing bile towards vulnerable people is not a right that *anybody* has.
