Nekatsuki pulled on Wildfire's wings, and pushed on his back with his feet. If I don't get this guy off me, he'll rip my wings off! He's so powerful that the only advantage I have against him is flight, so I need my wings now more than any other fight I've been in.

The Dragomancer set off another explosion, hurling Nekatsuki upward. The demon used draconic armor to help cushion the inevitable fall, but he saw his opponent race towards him instead of away. Wildfire used his superior mid-air maneuverability to ram him further upwards, then grabbed him to land vicious kicks and punches.

He pulled his demonic enemy to him, and rammed into him repeatedly, keeping him air born and virtually helpless. Nekatsuki tried to launch a breath attack, but got punched in the face hard. Finally, before Wildfire's energy gave out, he threw Nekastuki downward and rode him a hundred feet to the ground. All those blows, and the impact, shattered most of the Demon's armor leaving him shattered at the bottom of a hole.

Wildfire's body had begun overheating because of the explosion magic, and the battle itself. He landed outside of the small crater and breathed heavily.

"If I was a master Dragomancer, I'd finish you off in plenty of time for breakfast. I'm running out of options here." Wildfire said to himself. He thought about finding Zoshonel, his dragon partner, and getting out of there before anything else showed up, but he was too afraid of turning his back to that hole.
