Students from my school sometimes trash talk another school, because we regularly compete with that school in sport. Both the schools are from the same country.

If a situation like this can arise, surly situations where people from different countries or different races could arise as well. Human nature (I guess).

If you call one of your friends cool, because they are black (which is positive racism, but it is still wrong), you are being negatively racist towards all of your friends that are non-black, because they wont receive this label of being cool from you for no reason other than their race. You are indirectly saying that "non-blacks are not automatically cool", by saying that "blacks are automatically cool".
