I think that adult or realistic looking games are the ups for the moment. You see stuff like Final Fantasy and they have as much fans as they do as Zelda, and most of the characters are adults.

I think adult Link would be a lot more popular, because there is more depth to him and he is mature to certain situations. Plus, some fans are interested in the romance issue with Link and some of the girls in the game.

This is my theory.
