Slope intercept form is y=mx+b

It is already in that form so you just have to solve it.

6y divided by 6 and -15 divided by 6

6 divided by 6 =1 and -15 divided by 6 is -2.5 so

(1)y= -2.5 is your answer.

m is slope and y is you intercept so

y intercept=6 and slope= -15 ( I think, im done thoes type of problems in school).
