Re: Racism
^You're joking baily, Right? A suspention based on one punch? In my school there are fights all the time. No individual ever gets in trouble, everyone flees IF a teacher or more comes along, ones I got boxed five times in the face in the middle of the hallway, did anytrhing happen? No. I go to an all boys school, there's trouble if there's dissrespect toward a teacher, there might be trouble. But if to students of the same age are physically fighting, what are you going to do? It's the nature of the beast, or as the phrase goes, "boys will be boys". After all it gets it out of their system, and it's good exersise.
On the topic of raceism, I lived in germany from when I was two to when I was six, all that time the people were extremely racist, I was to young to understand back then though, I thought it was just meanness. When I came back to Ireland, all these ignurent ****ers kept putting their fingers under there noses and saying "Halt Hittler", misspronouncing it in a crappy german accent. Some dumbass even said "Go back to America!", I replied, "I'm not from America". He shouted back "You are!" (There's a valuable life lesson, if you think you're a certain nationality, then some dumb **** who's IQ probably matches their age turns around and contradicts that, they're probably right). This was all because I had spent just four years in germany. I was born in Ireland, spoke perfect english (well, as perfect as any other six or seven year old who WAS raised in and english speaking country), was pale white, and had Irish parents and grand parents. I recently told my current classmates that I used to live in Germany and they wre shocked to find it out. I've come to the conclusion that I never seemed german iin any way, but rather all the original racial pregidis was based on knowledge that I once lived in an ailien place. Not because of my speech, behaviour or my appearance. Racism always seems to be traceable to basic human ignurence (such as being afraid of things we don't know) which is present, to some extent, in almost all humans. Some of us, generally the more intelligent of us, manage to supress this basic fear, in other words, not be ignurent ****ing racists. Sorry for all the swearing in my post but racism (and all kinds of pregidis for that matter) really pisses me off.
