Er, Kakashi's Sharingan is actually from Obito Uchiha, one of the guys on his original genin squad who gave Kakashi his eye just before he died.

But, yes, Madara is the new guy and, yes, Madara is the real head of Akatsuki. Just thought I'd clear up that minor detail.
