R'keltera Thirav'n
(Already approved by Altamira)
______________________________________
Name: Her full name is R'keltera Thirav'n, which is pronounced:
(r') is just an "r" sound; no vowel sound should follow it
(kel) rhymes with "bell"
(te) is phonetically spelt "teh"
(ra) is pronounced as the word "rut", except without the "t"
(Thi) is pronounced as the word "thin", except without the "n"
(rav'n) is pronounced the same as the word "raven", although slightly more quickly pronounced.
R'keltera is currently split into two people: "Tera" is the one travelling various planets of the universe, while "Raven" resides in the Dome to train.

Age: 20

Race: Human

Sex: Female

Hair: It goes a bit past her shoulders, and usually left out to flow with the wind. Raven's hair is completely black, although Tera has decided to let their natural hair color regrow (blond), as a method for others to distinguish between herself and Raven.

Eyes: Emerald.

Weight: 60kg

Height: About 170cm.

Abilities: All of her abilities, including her weapons, armor & magick, are stored in small spheres, known as Bolos, with significant energy & matter-storage capabilities. (see below)
It takes a few minutes, but she has trained herself to be able to make these any time she wants.
Also, she is right-handed in every way, and thus has limited use of her left hand.

Weapons & Armor storage: These can take any one object each, and reduce it to its most basic chemical elements, and then compact them into a minute space, able to be readied just as quick as were she using a storage device such as a scabbard. These objects can be found:
-on her belt, which is where she stores her weapon (Tera is in possession of a 6 ft. mithril-laced staff made from a gnarled tree branch, while Raven has no weapon stored in a Bolo at the moment); The staff is esentially indestructable, unless it is taken apart atom-by-atom;
-on a necklace, which she uses to equip defensive clothing, should she need it (she still prefers her normal clothes, even in a fight, but for more serious circumstances she keeps chain mail in here);
-on her bracelets, where she keeps a pair of gauntlets (which she doesn't particularly like using, although she knows that she sometimes needs to)
-on her right foot she has an anklet which stores the energy required to open a portal to the void.
-and on an anklet on her left foot, which houses a longbow she took from a dying elf named Fenn.
NOTE: she also keeps a small knife in her right boot (not in a Bolo)

Magick/energy storage: There is Chaos, and there is Order; magics which involve chaos are "creation" magics, and neither Tera nor Raven know how to use these (and the manipulation of these can be unpredictable). Magics which involve order are "manipulation" magics, and form the basis of their power. Chaos is in a constant struggle to try to change things from their current state, while order is in a constant struggle to try to make everything stay the same.

R'keltera's two Earrings each have one Bolo and they each can store large amounts of energy within (one type each). In the right earring, she likes to keep a store of fire that she can use both to immolate her weapons, armor, etc., and to create light (see below for details). In her other earring, she stores a variety of different things, often dependent on what energies are nearby.

Fire: Having had so much experience with manipulating fire, R'keltera can do many things with it. She can shoot it like a missile (aka. a fireball), and combining this ability with the manipulation of air pressure allows her to guide the fireball in mid-flight, and have general control over the missile from further away. Keeping the fireball stationary results in a reliable light source.
R'keltera can also use the fire to immolate (aka. set fire to) her weapon or armor to add extra offensive and defensive power to their natural strength. Her ability to absorb energy allows her to not get burnt or even hot from her equipment; she just re-absorbs the heat back into her earring.

Air Pressure: As air can be found almost anywhere, this is the energy which R'keltera is next most experienced in after fire. She can do more things with air than fire, but she's not as good at it.
-She can use this to blow things away (lowering the air pressure a short distance in front of her and raising it in the area between her and the low air pressure, causing the high air pressure to move away from her and effectively blowing air away from herself);
-She can use it to jump really high (lowering the air pressure above her and raising the air pressure below her, which can have slight adjustments to it to change the speed at which she jumps);
-R'keltera can also use air pressure to increase or decrease the speed at which herself, someone else, or an object is traveling (lower pressure in front of the subject and higher pressure behind it to increase speed; the inverse to decrease speed);
-100% air pressure to create an impenetrable wall, area, etc.
-0% air pressure to create a vacuum;
-air pressure can also be used to result in an effect similar to telekinesis (as a mix between some of the afore mentioned air-pressure related abilities)
-A common use she has for air presure is to create a bubble around herself made either of high air pressure (to slow physical attacks), or low air pressure (to at least partially negate energy attacks). Neither is effective against pure magic.
-Requiring not only air around her, but also alot of stored air pressure, is to create a whirlwind around herself. R'keltera requires to be very high up to do this however, as being high up allows her to maintain distance from the fierce winds which surround the eye of the storm. With the aid of just about any flammable substance, she is able to use her fire to ignite the whirlwind, which requires no maintenance of the fire, but extra of the air.

Electricity: R'keltera does not use this much, so all she knows how to do practically, is to absorb it so that it does not affect her.

Earth: Tera has learnt how to carve any shape out of any wooden, earthern or metallic substance, provided there is enough of the material to do it with.

Life Energy: This can be absorbed only by removing it from a subject who is not resisting the process, and is used to heal injuries. With a large enough supply of this energy, she could theoretically raise the dead (the amount required for this however, would need to be about ten times that of how much the subject would have had at full strength).

Void: Tera had discovered that often when trying to manipulate "creation" energies, it will occaisionally form into a void. The void is in practicality a portal which can lead to anywhere and anywhen. There is no time, space, sound, or sight within the void. Everything in it is simultaneously in the same spot and infinitely distant from the other things. This means that if two (or more) people are in the void at the same time, a form of telepathic communication is possible if they remember and focus on the fact that their minds are in the same place as eachother.

The Dome is the only exception to the rules of the void, as it is the same in every dimension. Although the Dome does share some similar proporties to the void, it is the only "location" within it which abides by different laws of physics. R'keltera requires to be holding an object to safely travel the void, namely something crystalline or magical. Tera has her staff, but Raven currently does not have such an object.

NOTE: She has magicks not stored within Bolos, it’s just that she never uses it due to their nature of trying to control chaotic forces, which she is not skilled enough to do without letting some of the chaos leak.

Strengths: Her Magick is a manipulation of what is already there, and thus cannot be controlled by others unless she loses concentration (also meaning that the energy stored within a Bolo can only be absorbed or released by Tera or Raven, as the natural state of a bolo is to keep the object in)
R'keltera is intelligent and acrobatic, and innately knows where her feet need to be in order to keep her stability in a fast-paced environment.

Weakness: During her training with her late mentor, R'keltera was an apt student in the ways of magick and acrobatics, but was slow to learn any martial arts except for the most basic dueling rod strategies; thus, most of her physical attacks are merely an amateur's intuition.
Damaging a Bolo damages and/or weakens the most recent thing to be stored within it. Shattering a Bolo renders it useless (along with any object or energy currently stored in it). The only exception to this is her gnarled staff which, because it is inherently magickal anyway, will not be damaged even if the Bolo is damaged (if the Bolo is shattered while the staff is inside, the staff will come out automatically).
Even though the Bolos are made entirely out of magick, they can still be damaged by physical contact as well. Although, due to their size (less than 1 inch diameter), this can be very hard to do.

Appearance: Tera and Raven both wear simple clothes, as they are the most comfortable things to wear; but this does not mean that they lack vanity – they treasure not only their Bolos, but also the jewellery they hang from: Golden Earrings, Pearl Bracelets, Platinum Anklets, a Silver Belt, and a gold-laced amulet from which the Bolo is set into a diamond shaped socket. R'keltera's (rather thin) hair is very shiny from being well washed & taken care of, although their hair color differs between the original blond (Tera), and dyed black (Raven). The clothes she wears allow for agile movements, and complement the color of the grasslands and forests she loves.
Here is I)ragon's rendition of Tera, colored by me:

Personality: Her nomadic life has led her to be calm in danger, yet talkative when others are around. Her travels have led her to be able to judge people quickly, leading to Tera and Raven both trusting nearly everyone they meet. When either of them is shown reason (very) good reasons to not trust a person however, she will probably hold the grudge for a long time.
To R'keltera, death is just another part of the cycle of life, and is not to be feared, as she believes a person's spirit (aka. soul) will reincarnate; and yet she will avoid death for herself & others when the choice presents itself.
Tera & Raven dislike people who judge things before they know them.
Also, they are very proud of their Bolos, because they was the one to fully develop their construct. (back before they split into two people)

Biography: R'keltera Thirav'n was born in the small hillside town of S'vandig (pr. sih-VAN-dig), which is a town similar to those of Gothic Europe during the dark ages. R'keltera was the first person born there who could use magick; for this though, her mother committed suicide for raising a "demon child" when she (R'keltera) was 7 (ignoring the fact that the child's father had been a traveller from a faraway land who may very well been able to use magick, but who had not even stayed long enough to know he had a daughter). R'keltera had had a troubled childhood - nobody in her hometown appreciated the fact she could use magick. She responded to this by using it as much as she could, often to play pranks on the townsfolk who hated her.
That is, until the only person who respected her abilities took up residence in a small hut apart from the rest of the townsfolk. He was a wise old man who lived on the nearby mountain, and his name was Modenhal; he was a mentor to her in the ways of acrobatics, fighting & magick (although it was clear her greatest skill was in her magickal abilities). His mentality in this sense was that "meditation is the path to true focus of life; to be one with your surroundings is the only way to be". In his final days however, he gave her his staff, which had a gnarled head, and a twisted spine, and R'keltera was told that it was sourced magickally from an ancient tree whose roots fed from ground scattered with mithril ore. So, with no one to talk to in her own town, R'keltera had left at the age of 16 for a life on the road.
It was during her nomadic travels when she had devised the energy storage container made entirely of magick which allowed her to carry anything without lugging around a heavy bag on her back. She called these devices Bolos, a word made because the device was a ball, and made things have a low weight.
She has wandered the world for years, comfortable in her ever-moving life, letting it take her where it will.

R'keltera's more recent history:
The Deadlands (Battle Arena)
During her travels, R'keltera was directed to a place which she was told might be good enough to become her home, but it turned out to just be a desolate wasteland. While walking through the wasteland, she saw a group of people and a dragon. Within this group were also an elf and a man making an illusory pool of water. When the dragon and its companion attacked, R'keltera took the illusion into a bolo and redirected it to become a mirror, in an attempt to scare the dragon, but the mirror became a portal to the void, swallowing the dragon, its master, and R'keltera.
With quick thinking and hope, Tera was able to leave the void, but in doing so created a copy of herself who was the same in every way, except did not have the mithril staff R'keltera was given by her late tutor. Tera was confronted by the illusionist, who introduced himself as Rudo. She attacked him, but to no effect, and so struck a deal to create a bolo for him when the elf was gone. The elf attacked each of them with arrows and blasts of air, but these were ineffective against Rudo and diverted by Tera. She retaliated by burning the elf, but caused so much damage that he needed to be honorably executed. Tera took him to the void and scattered his essence into its abyss. All that remained was his bow, which Tera took in remembrance.

First encounters in the Dome (The Dome)
After trying multiple times to leave the void, this half of R'keltera attempted to change her location in the void, reasoning that something else must be in there. She landed in The Dome, where she was told that it was a training facility for any who had the willpower to get there. And thus she was a student.

As Raven wondered about what her training in the Dome would be like, a large group of people crowded around her. It turned out that this was a tour group with a guide dressed in a blue trenchcoat. The guide led the group through the Dome's halls, all the while explaining its ever-changing nature. Raven peeked in one of the rooms, only to see a man being attacked by a living statue. The guide told her that it was just a simple training exercise, and that she should expect similar surprises for herself. Next was a tropical habitation room, where many creatures had their homes between when they were being used for people's training. Next was an unused training room, which was very similar to the void, as it had nothing in it except the tourgroup - it even lacked a door out. After the original plan to leave the room failed, Raven told the guide that her void-portals could get everybody out. It worked and the guide suggested that the head-librarian be showed the void-portal. They went to the library, where the guide officially ended the tour, and showed the portal to the librarian. He asked to study the portal for a while, and Raven let him. Upon finishing her business in the library, she went to the cafeteria and found a man playing a fiddle; she asked him where her teacher was, and he pointed to himself.
It seemed Raven's first lesson would start immediately, as her teacher Louis Fritz led her to a door which opened to on top of a boat in the middle of the ocean. Raven was told that she would need to fight one of the students training there - one of her choice - but she didn't like her choices. The first man she was shown had the ability to look into people's minds and see who they were. The second man seemed to be the epitome of cruelty, while the third man was a cyborg (not that Raven knew what cyborgs are). One of the remaining two people had the ability to divert attention away from themselves, while the last person Raven was shown was Thira - another aspect of Raven and Tera. Just when Raven was going to decide to fight the cyborg, she saw a man she thought she recognized; a man who was holding a bolo.

The First Meeting (Character Fiction)
After scattering the ashes of the elf from the wasteland, Tera thought about where her copy was and eventually came to the conclusion that it must be elsewhere in the void.
The copy, having had waited in the foyer of the Dome for a while, heard a noise near to where she was, and when she went to check what it was, She saw herself. The two halves of R'keltera conversed and decided that the one with the staff would use the name Tera and travel anywhere the void could take her, while the other would start training in the Dome and use the name Raven.

Halloween Night: Trick or Threat (The Crossroads)
After leaving the Dome, Tera was quickly met by a carriage and invited to Diedricht Castle. She accepted the invitation, and was swiftly taken there; inside, however she was 'greeted' by a large room of dancers and a room which seemed personalized to herself. After dressing appropriately, Tera returned to the dancers, only to discover that they were intangible.
Diedricht himself came to the dancing hall, and in doing so, somehow silenced the entire room. Even though she was told her questions would be answered, none were given. Searching for answers to the castle's strangeness, Tera explored.
When she came across a group of people - most of the people who seemed different from the others - one of them blew apart a door explosivly, only to see a large tantacled creature on the other side. Tera, wanting to get rid of the creature as soon as possible, created a whirlwind around it and shot fire at it. Unaware of the residual sawdust from the door, the creature burst in flames and was burnt to death.

Forgotten Lore (The Crossroads)
After a long time of travelling without reaching any towns, Tera approached a town which seemed to have a strange aura of fear that grew stronger as she got closer. When Tera walked through the streets of the town, she heard of a woman who had defeated a water sprite, and in a town like this, that was the kind of person she wanted to get to know. (incomplete)
