I've been thinking recently, we know the geography of Hyrule is typically a continent surrounded by an ocean, and a few islands as seen in various games, but is the world of Hyrule round like our earth, or flat like the ancients believed our earth to be?

Evidence for round:
Sun and Moon cycle
More traditional format

Evidence for flat:
Link turns around to sail back to Hyrule, never circumnavigates
Islands in TWW appear instantly on the horrizon, not seeing the top first and the bottom last.

So it's one of three things: 1) Hyrule is round 2) Hyrule is flat 3) I'm looking way too deeply into this and proccrastinating from my homework too much.
