If you can't figure out a drum part by ear and need someone to tell you what to play through tabs, you aren't that great of a drummer.
Just practice and listen to it a lot. You'll get it eventually.
I've learned all of Coheed & Cambria's drum parts by ear. Took me a while, but yea, I did it.
