I'm not sure if they split or not." she said with a casual shrug. "What about you?" she asked, folding her arms lightly over her chest, ankles crossed.

The feeling still scratched relentlessly at the back of her mind, begging for urgent attention, but the immortal ignored it for the moment, only praying that whatever it was would appear soon.
