^^Definitely. Just ask her if she will go out with you. I am going to ask this girl I like if she will go out with me this week, so I say just go for it, take a risk. If she says no, just get over it and move on. But if she says yes then see how it goes.
My sister told me that girls will more often than not, if they are single, say yes, because they can see how it goes, and if it is bad they can just break up. So my advice to you is just go for it, go outside of your comfort zone.
