Also, some parts in FMA. And in FMA The Movie, the last part where Ed was heading back through the gate and Winry speaks: "That's Ed...isn't it? I guess it's really goodbye this time..."

Oh, and the part in Transformers where Bumblebee gets captured. The music just hits you.
