This had to happen eventually. I wouldnt actually have done this if it hadnt been for the ridiculous amount of pokemon contests and **** like that. i also thought that maybe this could get the competetive graphics on the go again, as its what a lot of people are doin right now...

RULES

Pen-tool only. Theres no real way of makin sure everyone sticks to it, but if theres a big pokemon render stuck in there then its gonna be pretty obvious. try not to cheat. Ill allow blurs and sharpens, and colour filters. no brushing, smudging, renders and all that ****.
