Re: Love Waits for No One... But Zorlo (Sakume)
She lifted a hand to his cheek, carressing it for a moment, thinking about things in the future. "You'll be okay, Zorlo..." The hand dropped for a moment. "I think that we should go where you wanted to go. But wait, what? A cruise ship?" She repeated in slight confusion. "What's that? I mean, I know what a ship is... but the only ones I've heard of are the ones that catch fish."
She heard Zorlo laugh softly as he continued to stroke her cheek in return. "I'm sure you'd love it, my only. It's important that we make this moment as happy as possible."
Selene cocked her head, thinking again before replying. "Sounds nice. I think I'd like to try that. And look." She pointed to her suitcase. "I'm already packed."
Zorlo laughed at this, enjoying his loved one's company. With very little effort, he picked up the pack and hoisted it in one arm. "Come, milady. Let me show you the way to the Dome. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself."
"Oh, yes. I'm sure I will, too." Selene picked up a great sense of happiness from Zorlo, but something she also picked up made her raise an eyebrow. Strange. An almost nervous, unsure feeling eminated from her soon-to-be husband. What was it about, she wondered? Hm. She'd ask him later. She followed behind him, wings disappearing once more. "Oh, maybe I can meet your students, too?" She asked hopefully.
"Perhaps." Zorlo responded, looking over his shoulder to see her beaming smile. "We'll see if they're close or not. I'd be happy to show you all around."
As they got closer to their destination, Selene glanced back to see the cabin disappearing in the distance. What a strange turn of events brought her this far. Since she appeared human, maybe if Dark Selene cooperated, she could perform again. Not in a dirty place, of course, for Zorlo would certainly be utterly crushed. She would maybe try her hand again where she used to. Surely they wouldn't recognize her. But she'd speak with him about this at a more relaxed time rather than now.
