Re: Love Waits for No One... But Zorlo (Sakume)
Zorlo's eyes went wide when she asked him never to leave her again, but that soon faded. Well, that just meant that he would have to take her to where he taught. Simple enough logic, right? It certainly enough was, and that would be the first thing he would attend to, albeit shortly.
He swept his arms under her legs and lifted her up, kissing her one more time as he cradled her, as the husband normally carried his wife after the wedding. True, they weren't married yet, but he was too enthralled to simply let her simply walk with him at this moment. He held her close for a moment, recalling the long days they had spent apart. Now was the time that they get close again, after all, they should since they were about to get married.
He carried her towards the door and started walking with an ardent fervor that none could hope to contend with. Bones and Nikudemon had learned this the hard way and had both wound up having a nearly impossible match up on their hands. Now that all those long battles were over, all that remained was to be with Selene. At least until something came up where they would have to part companies again. Such was the way of the Dome teacher.
The fresh smells of summer radiated into Zorlo's nose as he walked with a very content smile on his face as he carried his bride-to-be in his arms. Something about holding her like that gave him more of a sense of completeness then anything else. The fencer wondered if the beloved angel in his arms would wonder where they were going, since he had only started moving towards the door when she grabbed the door frame.
"Where are we going, Zorlo?" she asked him as she smiled up at him.
He pulled her close and kissed her again before whispering to her, "My home away from home: the Dome," he said absolutely carelessly. He wasn't about to never let her know where he was again. For now on, if she ever needed to find him, she could, since she'd be where he spent a good deal of his time.
"I want it to become your second home," he told her with a careless smile as she pointed at the bed. His emerald gaze turned to the bed and saw what she had packed. "Where are you going?" he asked with a hint of wonder about his voice. Has she been planning on leaving before he came back? Well, it didn't matter, he'd find out where they were going soon enough.
