Re: Bleeding Black (Lady Knives)
Silence and tension spread through the atmosphere of the small market-city like a plague, causing some people to pause and look to the sky. Clouds of an onyx hue began to billow out from what seemed to be nowhere enveloped the formerly calm sky, and twisted into multiple funnel clouds. The more religious folk took this as a diabolical omen, and many dropped what they were doing and fled to their hovel of praise. Panic reigned over the market town now, leaving screams of terror as the large clouds of miasma dropped like a gargantuan waterfall. They took on the weight of a few tons, absolutely crushing multiple buildings and people along with it.
Bloody screams were heard at the collision, and a loud whip and a large boom as the darkened silhouette of a regal-looking young woman. Dark eyes scanned the surroundings as the people continued to flee in absolute horror, some of them vomitting from the noxious mist which hovered above the ground. They were running through it, and as they did so were caught in acidic tendrils which melted through skin and bone. Some of the foggy appendages melted through one of the main arteries in their thigh area, causing a good sized chunk the idiotic mortals to die within seconds.
The stench had become horrid due to the burning flesh, vomit, and the acidic substance which continued to melt the pitiful corpses until nothing was left. Unknown to her, soon, the consequences of her hour-long massacre would be a harsh blow to the face. After all the blood had settled within the dry earth, and the acidic flesh and melted bones littered the area, her body went into shock.
Knives fell to the ground with the loud cracking and knocking of piles of bones beneath her, her cloak fluttering down over her. She was drenched in blood and bile, her hair matted with bodily fluids. There were slices and deep gashes all across her body, the sweet scent of her blood emanated from the surrounding area, smelling almost like honeysuckle, or something close to lemongrass.
