Heres the basic rules of Neroe, Me_Link,

He can only go super/Darkspine once every 10 comics, and for a maximum of 2 comics.

The dark ninja isn't even him, it's his enemy, so ignore that.

Formal sprites are only for weddings/funerals and such.

JUTSU RULES:
Summoning Jutsus take up 50% of chalkra, and others take up 30%.
He gains 10% Chalkra each episode. Thus making it so he can't just use ultimate moves over and over. Teleporting (like punch teleporting) takes up 5% chalkra. He can only telport-hit 3 times in a row before he has to take a quick 20 second break.

Theres the rules of Neroe, thus rendering him not goddly.
