depends, I usualy am, but sometimes I get other ideas. But its summer and Im bored so i probably will be

yes

yes

5) Can you edit sprites?
yes

6) (This one is optional because most can't do them so great) Can you create custom sprites?
yes, but they arent the best. Im mainly best in Sonic advance/battle customs

7) Can you create backgrounds from tiles and sprites?
of 'course!

anyway, that is all but two questions no. 1) and 8). But I gave reasons!

anyway, what game is it? I can animate but not in Flash or anything.
