I'd say I spend a good hour and a half on each of mine that I actually want to work on.
GD, the first link doesn't work for me. The second website has the use of more advanced programs such as C4D or other miscellanious 3D art programs. Sure it could be pulled off on Photoshop but
that takes major time.
