You've got plenty of reason to beleive that (I beleive it too, in a lot of cases, but I won't say anything about it) >_>
So, what FD said hits the nail on the head, but also try to work on the animation aspect. I know you said this'll be a video comic, but a sprite movie would be soooo much cooler.
Where they kind of moved naturally or something. You'd have to try it out.
Because the way I see it, there's no point in taking a comic strip and putting the panels as a frame each in the movie- might as well keep it as a comic.
If you put more animation into it and stuff, it'll look like a real movie, and that'd be awesome.
