The premise is simple. Someone starts a story, then another person continues the story where that person left off. The process continues until the story is deemed "complete". The lovely Smeezette decided to start off the next installment of the Interactive Story, so let's begin, shall we?

But, wait, you say? How do I submit the next part of the story? After each part, you can send your idea for the next part to James (at) zeldauniverse dot net. The next part will be chosen by a panel of people (more than likely either the mods or a group chosen) and posted. After that part is posted, the next part can be submitted to the same email.

The only differences this time are as follows: If you write a part, you may not submit for the next part. Ex: If you write Part 1, you sit out Part 2, but can go after Part 3. This way, more people get a chance to write the next part. You may also choose to sit out the entire story, and submit later in the story. That is entirely up to you. The only other difference is that we want to keep parts relatively short, so a 800-1000 word minimum is expected. Smeezette finished up Part 1 in 600+ words, so it is possible.
