I'll just point out the more obvious flaws here:

The game expressly tells us that this Link is not the Hero of Time. In fact, the closest they get to indicating the opposite is the statement "you are the Hero of Time reborn. On top of this, Wind Waker takes place at least one hundred years after Ocarina of Time. You claim it takes place a mere two years later.

And... actually, I'll just leave it at that, since your blatant ignoring of these facts sorta sets the stage for you to ignore all other facts. The developers themselves have stated that there are more than one Link. Case closed.
