Listen, I thank you for calming down a bit, but this is a theory! For crying out loud, this is what some people think might be true, and thus wrote it down, and here we are!
For starters:
The Sheikah have an unusual bond with the Hylian family. Swearing all of their children to eventually have to protect another family with their lives? That bond can't be just out of random, could it? Even if it was with the starting of a monarchy! There had to be a major event that made them do this. The Twilit Sheikah symbol on the back of Midna's throne would be an infinitelly unlikely coincidence to have been put there.
And of course! We all know that a theory can't be proven just because everyone thinks it is! That's a horrible way to think!
(I'm sorry, I need to put a reference to a book here, and it may as well be humourous. You know. Lighten the atmosphere)

And promptly vanishes in a puff of logic.

This is a (Not exact quote, from memory =P) quote from
Hitchhiker's Guide To the Galaxy, which is a very funny book, in my opinion, and I just felt the need to put that there. The point of me doing that is because of the obvious obscurity over whether there's a God or not. We can't prove it for certain, we can't prove for certain there isn't one. A bunch of people said one exists, therefore, they think that many people can't be wrong, and believe it fullheartedly.
Which is a mistake, for many.
But yes, I can't prove for certain that the Sheikah had malevolent begginnings.
(Be a little nicer, please? ._.;; )
