Choices concerning only myself come easily... although I'm at such an age where most of the 'important' choices haven't come my way yet. I can easily see the best way, because I know myself well.

Choices concerning other people aren't always as easy, and some thought has to be applied. It is sometimes impossible to please everybody, and I think that calm, hypothetical debate helps a group reach a decision which is decent by general consensus... although rarely ideal.
