Welcome to Yami's homeroom. I guess.
I'll be posting assignments to do with what I teach. The primary tool of what we will be using is of course, Photoshop. I'm currently using CS2, but most of what I write should be applicable to most versions. I also use Apophysis from time to time, and I'll pass on what I know of the program.
Apparantly, I am teaching:
- Design - Where I will set assignments running through both simple design practices, mixed in with some more advanced styles.
- Combination - Putting design elements into practice with Photoshop.
- Advanced - I'll be going through Photomanipulation, to those who are interested. This can range from simple colour changing, removal of red eye and skin pigments, to more advanced blending of additional stock images.

Starter Assignments
Photoshop and Design students:
1. Create a simple 50 x 50 personalized image, in the most simple way possible that still remains unique to you.
For example:
Go ahead and post your results in the thread. This is just a simple excercise to test your ability at the moment, and to also give you an ID I can quickly refer to when going through multiple submissions.
Note that this is basic, and you should be able to do this quickly.
Apophysis students:
No assignments as of yet.
