Windows has been trying to make their operating systems simpler and easier to use so the people that still know nothing about computers can do basic functions.

The amount of people that need such help are decreasing quickly (elderly people that are still scared of computers die while newer generations are figuring out computers at younger and younger ages).

The people that would benefit mostly from Vista are a small percentage, but the power-users and semi-experienced of us all suffer...
