Well considering Majora's Mask felt like a better game than Twilight Princess, and Twilight Princess felt like a better game than The Wind Waker.

Majora's Mask wins hands down, it was polished, had a very twisting, weird storyline. It gave a whole new playing experience with all the masks, not forgetting you could turn into a Goron/Zora etc.

Wind Waker could of easily destroyed MM if Nintendo tried. Just a few dungeons, a few more sages to unlock, larger islands and more of them with more storyline development and adjustable difficulty settings, WW would of been one of the greatest Zelda games ever.

But Nintendo cut short in too many areas, and spat out Twilight Princess instead, which also feels like it cut corners. The Zelda team needs more staff or something.

So at the end of the day for a 3D Zelda comparison: OOT > MM > TP > WW
