Wha? I've never heard that before. First of all, Ganondorf is referred to as a Gerudo innumerable times throught OoT. And beyind that, the game also explicitly says that every hundred years, a male is born of the Gerudo tribe.
The game also says (via Gossip Stone) that the Gerudo often go to the Town Market looking for boyfriends. So, here's the formula:
Gerudo + Boyfriend = Horizontal Dancing
Horizontal Dancing = Mini Gerudos
